When am I charged?

The day you subscribe, then the same date each month. Stripe emails you a receipt every time.

How do I cancel?

Go to your account page and press Manage billing. You keep Premium until the end of the month you've already paid for, then it stops. Nothing is taken again.

Can I get a refund?

If something's gone wrong, email info@meowsetta.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll sort it out.

Which cards do you take?

All the usual ones through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
